To provide Key Account Management services, to NAMDIA clients, in line with the business strategy. Implementing sales strategy, managing the existing client base to ensure contractual obligations of clients and the Company strategic objectives are met, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Conduct diamond valuation to verify the fair market value of goods. Develop and implement diamond assortment. Accurately evaluate all inbound (import) and outbound (export) of diamonds and document, file stock control sheets. Verify compliance to ensure that its truly a representative sample of total run of mine. Negotiate prices of all stones including large and exceptional stones. Maintain record of final pricing to ensure pricing and sales integrity.

Vacancy – Public Relations Practitioner

Primary Purpose – To serve as a central source of information about NAMDIA and as an official channel of communication between NAMDIA and its stakeholders including the public; bringing to stakeholders’ attention, through appropriate media, significant facts, opinions, and interpretations that will enhance NAMDIA’s image and brand and foster an understanding of its business amongst all stakeholders and the general public.

Duty Station:



Primary Purpose:

To perform a variety of professional accounting work and to ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating entering and monitoring transactions.


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (NQF Level 7) plus 5 (five) years working experience in the Accounting field.
